It is with great joy that I welcome you to St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School. As the headteacher, I am privileged and honoured to lead our community, where our shared vision is to ‘Uplift and Inspire towards Excellence’ with ‘Christ at the Centre’.

At St. Peter’s, we strive to nurture all children’s unique gifts and talents, encouraging them to grow academically, spiritually, and socially in a caring, inclusive environment rooted in our Gospel Values.

At St. Peter’s, we also aim to raise the profile of Catholic Social Teaching and to put our faith into action. I believe in the power of community and the strength of our common bond. Together, we hope to build a school where compassion, justice, and service are not just taught, but lived, and where every member of our school family feels valued, supported, and inspired to make a difference.

In 2020, St. Peter’s joined the Christus Catholic Trust and is part of a team made of seven schools. We are ‘Unique and United in Christ’, all bringing our individual skills and qualities to form a community of dedicated, faith-driven staff, pupils and families.

I warmly invite you to be an active part of our school family. Whether you are a parent, carer, parishioner, or visitor, your presence and support are vital to the life of our school. With Christ at the Centre of all we do, and guided by the principles of Catholic Social Teaching, we will continue to grow as a community.
