The Kings Head are offering a new “Pastries and Park” Scheme for School Parents:

To make parking easier, we’ve set up a “Monday Morning Pastries and Parks” scheme:

• £12.50 for a pastry or £15 for a sausage or bacon sandwich, both with unlimited tea and coffee.

• Parking included for the week: This covers all drop-offs and pick-ups Monday to Friday, so parents don’t need to worry about validating each day as you will be added to an exemption list.

TAKEAWAY OPTIONS AVAILABLE

For those who prefer to use the car park just on specific days, they’re welcome to do so by making a purchase and validating their parking each day.

Key Details on Parking:

• Validation Required: Every stay needs to be validated on the tablet at our bar once a purchase has been made, via a member of our team to avoid fines. (Validation on a Monday does not cover parking on a Tuesday and so-forth, unless you are part of the Pastries and Park scheme).

• 10-Minute Grace Period: There’s a 10-minute grace period for quick drop-offs and pick-ups. If they’re here longer than 10 minutes without validation, they will receive a fine.

• Fines: We can only cancel parking fines if parents provide proof of purchase for the specific day in question.
