Welcome to our Mental Health and Wellbeing page!
At St Peters, we are committed to support children’s positive mental health and wellbeing. We all have mental health and sometimes this can be a journey for us all, so we are here to support every step of the way.
Our Mental Health Ambassadors have a vital role where they help to lead our school when learning about wellbeing and priotising our mental health. We all value wellbeing and know that every little helps – starting with our small actions every day. Our Mental Health Ambassadors help us lead the way with this and priortise our Five Ways to Wellbeing. They learn more through our meetings, share ideas, recognise events, feedback to classes and are wonderful friends and role models for St Peters.
We follow the Five ways to Wellbeing which underpins our values and approach to wellbeing. We aim to inspire and support children to build the five ways into our daily routines.
We connect, take notice, be active, keep learning and give.
By embedding these values we hope to help grow happy, healthy minds.
Please see our latest page to stay up to date with Mental health and Wellbeing at St Peters.
