At St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School, our Junior Disciples play a vital role in living out our Catholic life and mission. Rooted in the teachings of Christ, they lead by example, demonstrating faith in action and inspiring their peers to grow in their relationship with God.
Our Junior Disciples are selected for their outstanding commitment to our school’s values. They are nominated by staff, recognised for their kindness, compassion, and service to others. These children shine as role models of faith, reflecting the love of Christ through their words, actions, and dedication to our school community.

How Are Junior Disciples Chosen?
Junior Disciples are nominated and selected by staff for consistently displaying faith-filled leadership, kindness, and dedication to the Catholic life of our school. We look for children in Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 who:
✔️ Show a deep understanding of our school mission and values.
✔️ Are committed to helping others and supporting our community.
✔️ Have a strong sense of faith and a desire to lead by example.
Each child is invited to accept their role with pride and responsibility, understanding that being a Junior Disciple is not just a title, but a calling to live out their faith each day.
