At St. Peter’s, our faith is at the heart of everything we do.
We know that life is busy, and finding time for prayer at home can feel like one more thing on the to-do list. However, living out our faith doesn’t have to be complicated! Small, simple moments, like saying grace before meals, lighting a candle for someone in need, or sharing a Bible story before bed, can make a big difference in helping children develop a relationship with God.
We’d love for families to join us in making faith a living, growing part of daily life, not just something we do at school or on Sundays, but something we carry with us wherever we go.

Ways to Live Out Your Faith at Home
🕊 Pray Together – Taking a moment each day to pray as a family, whether it's a bedtime prayer, a morning offering, or a simple thank-you to God for the day.
📖 Bible Stories & Reflections – Reading a short Bible story together or talking about what Jesus teaches us through His words and actions.
🎶 Faith Through Music – Listening to or singing hymns and worship songs at home. Music is a wonderful way for children to feel connected to their faith.
🌿 Celebrating the Church Year – Recognising feast days, lighting an Advent wreath, marking Lent with acts of kindness, or setting up a small prayer space at home.
❤️ Acts of Kindness & Service – Encouraging children to show love and compassion, whether it’s helping a friend, donating to charity, or praying for someone in need.
🙏 Making Prayer Intentions Personal – Offering prayers for family, friends, or people in the wider world who need them.
