Our school Mission Statement at St. Peter’s is:

Loving and learning together, with Jesus

    Our Vision is:

·To place Christ at the centre of all we do
·To nurture and inspire everyone towards achieving their true potential, academically and personally
    ·To respect and value everyone

    St. Peter’s Gospel Values:

At St. Peter’s, our Gospel Values flow directly from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, as revealed in Scripture. These values shape every aspect of our school community and are at the heart of our prayer, liturgy, relationships, and daily practice. They guide us in how we worship together, how we work together, and how we play together, ensuring that Christ remains present in all we do. Each Gospel Value has also been purposefully linked to an individual or organisation whose life or work reflects the Gospel in a tangible way.

About the Catholic Life and Mission of St. Peter's:

At St. Peter’s, our Catholic Life and Mission is not simply something we talk about – it is something we live joyfully every day. Our Mission Statement, 'Loving and Learning, Together with Jesus,' sits at the heart of everything we do. It shapes our relationships, guides our decisions, and gives purpose to our learning. From the moment you step into our school, you can feel the warmth and unity that comes from placing Christ at the Centre.

Our children know they are loved, unique and created in God’s image, and this sense of dignity helps them flourish. Whether they are welcoming new pupils, supporting classmates, or contributing to charity and social action, our pupils show a maturity and compassion that reflect their deep understanding of our mission.

Pupil voice is powerful at St. Peter’s. Our children know they are Agents of Change and that their ideas matter. They lead initiatives linked to Catholic Social Teaching, support local and global charities, take action for the environment and participate actively in parish and community life. They understand that faith is lived through service, kindness and responsibility.
