The year 1 children will be taking phonics booklets home over the next few weeks in preparation for their phonics assessment. This will replace regular homework for the time being. 

These booklets should be completed with the support of an adult at home to ensure the children are identifying and correcting mistakes.

We will also be sending home the children's completed practise papers so they can revisit and practise at home. The pass mark is 32.
